- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chinese Studies
- Personality: Patient, understanding, highly responsible, and passionate about Chinese language education. Observes students’ learning progress closely and provides timely encouragement and guidance to help them build confidence in learning Chinese.
- Teaching Approach: Skilled at building trusting relationships with students and adapting teaching methods according to their individual learning needs. Encourages active classroom participation, develops students’ interest in learning, and creates a relaxed, positive, and supportive learning environment.
- Professional Experience: Has local Chinese language teaching experience in Singapore, covering Primary 3 to Primary 6 and Secondary 1 to Secondary 3. Familiar with Singapore’s primary and secondary Chinese language curricula. Has taught students of different ability levels and helped them make significant improvements in reading comprehension, composition writing, and examination performance.
